Where is Merzouga? How to get o Merzouga?

You can notice the dunes on the map and you can notice several balloons on the dunes limits. These balloons are hotels. You can notice also the two villages, Merzouga and Hassilabied, or the village of the white well. Its basicaly very easy to reach the region and you can easily make it in one full day from large distance cities in Morocco, or in half day for closer locations like Errachidia, Ouarzazate, Zagora and even Fès. Making the road directly straight from Marrakesh can be easily done but you'll drive the whole day. We suggest you to stop somewhere on the way like Ouarzazate, Dades Valley in Boulmane, Fint Oasis near Ouarzazate.

The road to Merzouga is made of asphalt so no fears to drive into the heart of Sahara with small vehicles, for the most adventurous with 4x4 you can directly take the desert tracks off from Rissani or even Erfoud.
